TrackFit works entirely offline and does not collect, store, transmit, or share any of your personal data — everything you enter stays on your device, under your control.
TrackFit is a workout tracker: routines, logged sets, body-weight entries, and progress charts. It has no server, no user account, and no internet connection of its own — the app never requests network access on your device, because it never needs one.
None. TrackFit has no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, and no third-party tracking software of any kind built in. There is no server for your data to travel to, so the people who made this app cannot see your workouts, your body weight, your name, or anything else you enter.
Everything you enter — your profile, routines, logged workouts, body-weight history, and settings — is stored in a local database on your device only. Uninstalling the app deletes it permanently, the same as any other file on your phone.
TrackFit can export your data as a JSON file so you can keep your own copy. Creating that file is entirely your choice, and where it goes next — your cloud drive, email, a messaging app — is handled by your device's own share sheet, a standard Android feature. TrackFit itself never uploads this file anywhere.
| Permission | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Notifications | Shows a local alert when your rest timer between sets ends. Nothing is sent off your device. |
| Exact alarms | Times that same rest-timer alert accurately, even if the app is in the background. |
TrackFit is a general-audience fitness tool and is not directed at children. Since the app collects no data from anyone, it collects none from children either.
If TrackFit's data practices ever change — for example, if a future version adds an optional online feature — this page will be updated first, with a new "last updated" date above, before that change ships.
